One of the things I love most about an Aisling Mancy book is the amount of research done for the story! The wealth of information given to you in this book is amazing, and it is done in a way that leaves you entertained and a little smarter when it's over!
Harper is at loose ends with the career he studied so hard to have, so when his best friend offers him a chance to do what he loves, Harper just can't say no! While on site he finds things that others in his field would kill to find, but he discovers so much more than that!
Harper discovers he may have found the best treasure of all, a treasure he has literally been dreaming of, but can he keep this treasure? If he does, at what cost?
I can't tell you more than that guys, you will just have to trust me on what an amazing book this is! You will be floored at every turn! Thanks Aisling, for once again giving us a wealth of information wrapped up in a wonderful, engaging story!

My newest novella, Heartifact,
is an enchanting romance that combines the contemporary adventure of
an undersea archaeological dig with ancient Greek myth. The story
centers on a risky salvage operation of a trireme, and quite possibly
one of Alexander the Great’s warships.
Harper Kidd, (no coincidence that he
bears a pirate’s last name), is a respected marine archaeologist,
and is plagued by beautiful dreams of an undersea lover as he embarks
on the excavation. His best friend, Stick, is a marine scientist with
expertise in undersea robotics, and she possesses a wicked sense of
humor.
As it turns out, the trireme they
salvage sits over the ruins of an ancient Greek civilization. In the
great hall of those ruins, Harper finds a statue of the ancient Greek
god—the very god who stars in his dreams. Harper is caught between
ancient myth and reality as he falls in love with the mysterious man,
and struggles to keep a level head to oversee the archeological dig.
I would be remiss if I didn’t tell
you this novella means a lot to me. I advocate for abused youth and
100% of the net proceeds from this book go to benefit those youth in
three countries.
Heartifact
